Content Removal & DMCA Policy

This Is Glamour takes content rights seriously. If you believe your content appears on our site without proper authorisation, or if you are a model who wishes to have their content removed, we will act promptly on all legitimate requests.

Model Content Removal

If you are a model (or former model) whose content appears on This Is Glamour and you would like some or all of your content removed, please contact us directly. We aim to process all model removal requests within 48 hours of receipt.

What to include in your request

1. Your full legal name (as used during the original shoot or release)
2. Your stage name / model name as it appears on the site
3. Links to the specific content you want removed, or a statement requesting removal of all content
4. A form of identification to verify you are the person depicted (e.g. photo ID with sensitive details redacted — we only need to confirm identity, not retain your data)

Upon verification of your identity, we will remove the specified content from our site and all associated platforms. We will confirm removal by email once complete.

DMCA Takedown Notices

This Is Glamour respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice must include

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs preferred)
3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent at the address above. Your counter-notification must include: identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

All models appearing on This Is Glamour were at least 18 years of age at the time of photography. Identity and age verification is provided by Yoti, a third-party identity verification service. Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations are kept by the custodian of records:

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge all removal and DMCA requests within 24 hours and complete processing within 48 hours of receipt. In complex cases, we will keep you informed of progress.
