What Data We Collect

• Account information you provide when registering (email address, username, password).
• Payment data, processed securely by our third-party billing partners — we do not store your full card details.
• Age-assurance data processed by Yoti at the point of access — a facial age estimate analysed in real time and not stored by us.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited.
• Support correspondence if you contact us by email or phone.
• Strictly necessary cookies (see Cookies below).

How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to provide and improve our services, process payments, verify your age in compliance with UK law (the Online Safety Act 2023), communicate with you about your account, and keep our platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function (session management and age-verification status). Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and cannot be disabled. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will request your consent through a cookie banner before they are set, and you may withdraw it at any time. You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: be informed; access a copy of your personal data; have inaccurate data rectified; have your data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@thisisglamour.com. We will respond within one month, as required by UK GDPR, and we do not charge a fee in most cases.

Right to Complain

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data in transit. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
